Modes of operation in Nature (snappy initiating 🔥, fixed & sturdy 🌍, adaptive & willing to change 🌬️💦)
AND adapting your Yoga Practice for your personal Energetic Architecture.
Then we will engage in:
Yoga 🧘🏽♀️postures and breathing 🌬️ for 30 minutes to create Inner Peace 🕊️☮️ and we can move into a
45 minute Sound 🎶 🎼 Bath w/Chantal Forrest for Healing ❤️🩹
