Meeting on zoom: Monday at 8 AM to 8:30, starting September 14 and ending on November 30th.

Sacred Circle Yoga Studies Research is a group of people interested in slowly learning how to incorporate Yoga Inner Conscious Connection activities into their lives, 3-4 times per week, for the purpose of:

  • Use Yoga as your tool for being able to make and stick to lifestyle changes that help your body to heal from weight issues, health issues such as: high blood pressure, diabetes, autoimmune conditions, gut health issues (think IBS, Crohns), etc. Here’s where a regular Yoga practice pairs well with the Functional Medicine Health Coaching of Sacred Circle.   • This is very Basic Yoga, no poses week #1 (I know, I know, we think Yoga is all about the poses)

  • See Thoreau’s quote above: to make change takes repetition in body, mind, AND spirit

  • Activating the parasympathetic nervous system (tone the vagus nerve) to be in a calm, peaceful mood to lessen the stranglehold of anxiety, anger, depression, frustration. Vagus Nerve Magic

  • Learning, growing, and transforming your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

    We will meet once weekly on Zoom for 30 minutes starting Monday,September 14th


    Can’t attend Zoom sessions live? No worries! All sessions recorded and emailed to everyone. You’ll have it to use each day you practice, if you wish. Or, listen once, learn & adapt how you want to do your practice.

Your commitment in this research group is to:

  • practice Yoga techniques 3-4 times weekly,

  • answer a weekly short survey on changes you notice in your ability to be calm, adhere to your chosen lifestyle and food habit changes, and your overall sense of happiness

  • answer very short pre-class & post-class survey

  • As we progress over the 12 weeks, we will add a day more per week until we are practicing close to daily for 20-30 minutes of Inner Conscious Connection Peace.

If you are studying mind-body-spirit health in the Sacred Circle Wise Women Mentorship, your participation in this study is free.

If you are just interested in being part of the Yoga Research Group and not the Sacred Circle Mentorship, the tuition is $65 for 12 classes, held once weekly over Zoom.
