Learning through the 5 Elements to enhance our daily lifestyle medicine, ex: Herbs specific for the Element that will support your creating calm in your life.
Classes begin on Monday, January 9th & End on Monday, January 30th, 2023 at Five Elements Living, 46 State Highway 68, Colton
We meet on Mondays for 4 weeks in a row, Time spent in class is equal to the regular 5 week class time, we will be in classes for 1 hour and 35 minutes each week (in case of bad weather, we will reschedule class adding on to the next Monday in February. I will get everyone’s cell numbers & email addresses so I can contact you in time to keep you safely at home if the weather warrants.)
AM Class 10:30 AM - 12:05 PM
PM Class 5:30 - 7:05 PM
You choose either the AM or PM class time to fit your schedule
Class size capped at 8 for class coziness & a more personal learning experience
Tuition WITHOUT weekly Acupuncture in Savasana: $130 PayPalMe $130

What your cold, hard cash 💵 💰 gets you😉:
1. 1 hour & 35 minute class weekly for 4 weeks, weekly class looks something like this:
30 minutes Element 💨🔥💧🌎 Learning Time
30 minutes Movement 🧘♀️ Magic🪄Time
20-30 minutes Guided Meditation Savasana (with optional acupuncture treatment)
2. Complete class follow up, weekly, with handouts to use (or not 🙃) for your self healing homework
3. I will most like record the actual class time learning materials into a video so you can review the info if it so inspires⚡️you to do so.
4. Yoga posture class card with cues & prompts to remind you of class time movement magic so you can Create Constant Calm™ at home. My goal is to nurture and nourish you into a space you feel good about your own home practice. Students who are comfortable creating a home practice, not dependent on a teacher to find their calm bliss, is my goal. I always strive to support people’s independence. If you don’t need me then I have done my ‘job’ well.

We will be using Create Constant Calm™ Yoga techniques (breathing 🌬, posture 🧘♀️movement, philosophy, lifestyle medicine, etc.) in Sacred Circle. This is *not a full on yoga class AND everything we do do is accessible to ALL body types, physical abilities, and levels of activity. We are a pretty low key, ‘live & love’ in your body ‘just as it is’ kind of Circle.
*Some people are looking for a sweaty, heart pounding full hour of yoga posture movement work. We use yoga postures as a form of gaining awareness in body-mind-spirit so we can be happier, calmer, and live within a lifestyle medicine that promotes lifelong vitality. I am very happy to share information of how to use the postures we will play & dance through into a sweaty & fast paced series for you to create that kind of daily practice at home. Everything we do is adaptable to your needs.
Bring to Class: water, wear comfy clothes, your yoga mat if you prefer, small pillow to support your neck while in savasana (completely supported & relaxed comfort is a must)
